Important Information About Appointments and Fees
At Cotswold Equine Physio, we strive to provide flexible and transparent services to ensure the best care for your animals. Please review the following guidelines regarding our appointment policies, pricing, and travel charges.
Initial Assessment Policy:
Reassessment as Initial Appointment: If your animal has not been seen by Chloe in the past 6 months, the appointment will be treated as an initial assessment. This ensures a thorough and updated evaluation of your pet’s condition.
Travel Charges:
Inclusive Travel: Prices include travel within a 20-mile radius of Gloucester.
Additional Travel Fees: For locations beyond a 20-mile radius, additional travel/mileage charges will apply. Please contact us for specific rates.
Discounts:
Multiple Animal Bookings: Discounts may be available for multiple animals booked at the same location. This offers convenience and cost savings for owners with several pets requiring physiotherapy.
Assessment and Treatment Policy:
Referral to Vet: If during the initial assessment it is determined that physiotherapy is not appropriate and your animal is referred to your veterinarian, the initial assessment fee may be reduced to a call-out fee of £25. This reduction is at Chloe’s discretion, based on the specifics of the assessment.
Cancellation Policy:
Emergency Considerations: While we understand that emergencies can occur, appointments canceled within 24 hours will be subject to a £30 cancellation fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.
